Dinesh also has a strong focus on corporate governance and structuring. He provides strategic counsel to startups and growing enterprises, guiding them through the intricacies of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). From executing LLP and OPC registrations to ensuring robust regulatory compliance, Dinesh helps businesses build solid, future-proof legal foundations.
